It’s an ancient sport which dates back many centuries, and although you may think it looks like an easy activity, archery requires a steady hand, in addition to copious amount of concentration; so it’s essential that you pay full attention to your instructor, who will give top tips on how to perfect your technique, a quick demonstration and a safety briefing featuring those all-important do’s and don’ts. Get ready for your competitive streak to emerge amongst your group of stags and see who will be the first lad to hit a bullseye. We offer archery sessions across a whole host of popular destinations across the UK, so you’ll have a whole load of choices to pick from. So, pick up your bow and arrow, and get ready to get fired up for one memorable stag activity – and let us tell you now, there’s certainly no chance of firing blanks with this one!
Wanting a totally unique experience for your Bournemouth stag do? Well they don’t get much more unique than a game of Xtreme Archery. Take paintball, blend it with a few of the rules of dodgeball and equip the players with bows and arrows instead of paintball guns and you’ve got a vague idea how this one looks.
At a central Bournemouth venue, you and the lads will be battling in arrow-based warfare across a purpose built zone complete with objects to duck behind and bunkers to battle over. The rules are basically the same as dodgeball, so the 5 D’s of dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge apply – and if you’re hit, you’re out. And if your reactions aren’t too dulled by last night’s booze? Well put those reflexes to work and grab an arrow and you get a team member back into the game.
A blend of high action fun, raw aggression and tactical sneaking – it’s easy to see why Xtreme Archery is such a hit with stags. And it gives you tons of banter for the rest of your Bournemouth stag weekend.
