Since the pandemic struck in March 2020, we’ve been working hard to postpone 1000+ bookings. These groups have now got peace of mind as well as a brilliant event to look forward to!
We have liaised with all our trusted Partners who ensure they are adhering to all Government guidelines. They are ready and waiting to welcome all our customers.
For all customers that are applicable refunds we have committed to a 90-day turnaround time for processing once a booking is officially affected. The turnaround time ensures that customers are clear on where they stand and when to expect their money. Our fabulous team have tirelessly processed more than 19,000 refund transactions, for groups who have been unable to travel due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Our online reviews before Covid were close to perfect (4.9/5!) but some anxious customers have taken their frustrations out on our Trustpilot page over the last year. This has mostly been because our response times are currently slower than usual, and it takes a bit of time for refunds to be processed. Our score has dropped to 3.9/5 but we’re delighted that so many people have taken the time to leave lovely, positive reviews during the pandemic too. Our focus has always been - and will always remain - to keep our wonderful customers happy.
