We continue to follow the Government’s advice and ABTA’s guidelines, as the health and safety of our customers remains our number one priority. ABTA are working alongside the Government to help both customers and tour operators like ours, as it’s crucial that the travel industry is protected for when this crisis has ended.
If you have booked a package (accommodation & activities/travel) note that we are prioritising the most immediate bookings, departing within a 48-hour window. Please be assured that you will be contacted if your booking is affected. If your booking isn’t due to travel imminently, we understand your frustration but ask that you are patient with us whilst we work through these immediate bookings.
If your booking is not yet affected, then our normal T&Cs will apply, however, we’re trying to provide as much flexibility as possible. If you wish to move the date of your booking, we can look into this for you and the normal administration fee will be waived - but note that it will take us some time to action your requests.
