The basic goal in rock climbing is to scale a surface as fast as possible using your wits, creativity and a range of tiny handholds to clamber onwards and upwards.

What we’re saying here is, it might not be the best idea trying to push yourself to vertigo inducing heights after an especially beer-y evening. Trust us, projectile vomit is even worse when it comes from high up.
After a few attempts at conquering the rock climbing walls it’ll come naturally to you and you’ll be scaling surfaces like a monkey. It’s the perfect activity for a group of lads who love their fitness, having a laugh and a little competition. Now, rock climbing might not seem like the most competitive sport out there, but trust us, when you see one of your mates best your time to the top, you’ll be raring to get back on the rock wall.
