If you want a cool base in a typical Amsterdam neighbourhood where you can go and chill in between your capers in the city centre, this is the one. It’s under 15 minutes by tram from all the delights of ‘Dam centre, or you can travel by hired bike if you’re up for that. Back at your HQ, you’ll have clean rooms, catering, WiFi, and an onsite bar that’s open until one am. The hostel is in a unique building that’s also home to a pub, cinema and theatre, so there’s plenty of entertainment for restless stags.

Choose between dorm rooms that sleep up to seven people, or go for private rooms for two, four or six guests. All rooms have their own bathrooms, but you’ll have to bring your own towels, or buy them here. The hostel has a huge café-restaurant serving up breakfast in the mornings and a three-course buffet meal in the evenings.
