Stadium Walk at Principality Stadium
Perfectly located within walking distance of Cardiff Central Station, multiple city-centre bus routes, and just 15 minutes from the M4, this is an easy win for any group weekend.
With your guide leading the way, your group will climb over 200 steps up a bespoke walkway on the west side of the Principality Stadium roof. Along the way, expect a few insider facts before reaching the pinnacle.
You’ll tackle the iconic Arch, the backbone of the stadium, followed by a walk across to the Spire, standing an impressive 35 metres above the River Taff. From the main viewing platform, take in epic views across Cardiff, the Brecon Beacons and the Welsh coastline, plus a unique bird’s-eye view of the 75,000-seat stadium below (roof opening subject to availability).
To wrap things up, descend along the stadium Edge back to ground level, where you’ll be de-kitted.

Stadium Drop at Principality Stadium
If your stag group likes to stay active and do something that gets the adrenaline going, this is the one.
Head up to the viewing platform and take in panoramic views across Cardiff, the Brecon Beacons and the Welsh coastline. It’s a good moment to pause because this is where the Stadium Drop begins.
Your guide will clip you into the abseil system and talk you through exactly what to do. Then it’s over to you. Step off and abseil 30 metres down the stadium, fully in control of your speed the entire way. No gimmicks, no pressure, just a proper physical challenge and a serious sense of achievement at the bottom.
Once you’re down, the team will de-kit you and you’re free to head straight back into the city, buzzing and ready for the next part of the stag weekend.

Stadium Flyer at Principality Stadium
If your stag weekend is all about doing something epic before heading out into the city, this stadium zip line delivers.
You’ll climb five floors to reach the roof canopy, rising 60 metres above the stadium. At the top, you’ll step into the crow’s nest which is the launch platform. Your guide will keep everything smooth and secure.
Then comes the countdown. With a quick 3, 2, 1, you’ll launch onto the 170-metre zip line, hitting speeds of up to 27mph as you fly south to north across the stadium roof. City views rush past as you take in Cardiff from a whole new angle.
Once you’ve zipped, you’ll head back down to ground level via the steps, get de-kitted, and head straight back into the city on an adrenaline high and with bragging rights secured.
