With its rising popularity, axe throwing has become a sought-after option for stag groups in various locations around the UK, particularly in activity bars where it is has recently been introduced.
One of the reasons axe throwing has gained such popularity is the unique and exciting nature of the activity. It offers a departure from traditional stag party activities and provides a fresh and invigorating experience. Stag groups are always on the lookout for memorable and adventurous activities that go beyond the usual pub crawls or paintballing, and axe throwing fits the bill perfectly.
The availability of axe throwing in multiple locations across the UK further enhances its appeal. Stag groups can choose from a variety of venues, making it convenient to incorporate axe throwing into their itinerary, regardless of their location. Wherever your choosing to have your stag party, chances are there will be an activity bar or venue nearby that offers axe throwing.
Activity bars, in particular, have embraced the trend and incorporated axe throwing into their offerings. These venues provide a vibrant and engaging atmosphere where stag groups can not only enjoy axe throwing but also indulge in other activities such as arcade games, darts, or pool tables. This combination of entertainment options makes activity bars an ideal choice for stag groups seeking a dynamic and fun-filled experience.
Take on the ultimate warrior activity and test your accuracy with both knife and axe throwing. This is a great competitive idea for a stag do, taking place only on the weekends. You'll have an instructor who will walk everyone through the best way to throw your weapons at the target for best results before you each have a number of goes. You will have a huge log made target to aim at, while you have to get as close to a bullseye as possible.
Starting off with the knife, you'll build yourself up to the heavier axe, but we're talking about a Red Indian style Tomahawk, which is insanely cool compared to your average axe from a DIY store. Not sure what you'll use these skills for, but if an apocalypse does happen, your stag group is ready for the world! The minimum age is 16, so make sure everyone is older than this in the group, otherwise they'd be allowed to watch but won't be able to join in. The sessions tend to last 1 hour, give or take a bit, depending on how big your group is, so it means you get plenty of turns before heading on for your next adventure.
