Edinburgh Go Karting Stag Do's

If you and the lads are looking to get the adrenaline pumping on your Edinburgh stag do then go karting is the ultimate way to kick things off!

You’ll get full equipment hire including race suits, balaclavas, gloves and helmets so you look the part for the first lap. 

Every driver must attend the safety briefing which is quick yet thorough and makes sure no one ends up driving recklessly.

Once you’re geared up, you’ll take on the Race-Tuned 200cc Rimo Evo 5 Karts across four 10 minute races, enough time to trash talk, overtake mates and celebrate the tiniest victories. 

Go karting is fast, loud and competitive with loads of chances to prove who’s really got the skills and who’s just along for the ride. 

You can expect laughter, banter and bragging rights for weeks after. So, what are you waiting for? 

Get ready for a proper battle on the track with an Open GP Karting Event.The experience begins with a full safety briefing before heading out onto the track for a 7-minute timed practice session. This gives everyone the chance to get familiar with the circuit, find their racing lines and get up to speed before the serious competition begins. You’ll then have two separate 7-minute qualifying sessions, giving everyone the opportunity to set their fastest laps and battle for the best possible starting position.

The main event is the 10-minute Grand Final, with grid positions determined by the qualifying results. With everyone fighting for position and the chance to take the chequered flag first, this is where the competitive spirit really comes out. Whether the stag is chasing victory or one of the group is determined to steal the glory, expect plenty of close racing, overtaking and bragging rights.

Once the final race is over, it’s time for the podium presentation. Results will be emailed to the group afterwards, so you’ll have an official record of who came out on top.

With everyone battling for places and pushing for the win, expect plenty of competitive racing and, of course, some serious bragging rights up for grabs. Whether the stag is determined to take victory or someone else has their sights set on stealing the spotlight, it’s all to play for when the lights go out.

After the final race, the top three drivers will be recognised with a podium presentation, rounding off the experience in style. Your race results will also be emailed to the group afterwards, so you’ll have the official finishing order to settle any arguments over who really was the fastest driver of the day.
