Surfing in Newquay
Rad dude! No way! Far out! These phrases and more are what you’ll be saying after you and your stag party are transformed into surfers. There are few cooler activities out there to do on your stag do than a surfing experience. And even though we’re sure you’ll take to the water like a duck to … well… water – an expert instructor will be on hand to make sure that you spend most of your session above the waves and not tasting water too many times.
Surfing is an incredible experience. It’s exhausting work trying not to fall over, and it becomes hilarious work as well when you inevitably do. You also might want to try and avoid the beer the previous night, as you’ll be wearing a skin-tight wet suit and with a belly bloat you might have even more trouble squeezing in. By the end of the day you’ll feel like a surfing expert whose conquered nature, even if you only managed to stand for a few seconds. And you’ll have plenty of stories that you can regale your mates with back at the local watering hole. Like, no really dude… this wave was totally tubular!
Two Hour Surfing Lesson
Radical man! No way dude! Hit the surf and ride the waves in the ultimate Newquay stag do activity – surfing. You’ll get two hours of lesson time with a qualified instructor on an exclusive private beache in Newquay. This is a tranquil cove where no other surf schools are allowed to operate. You and the lads can learn to flick, curve, and carve up the waves, or maybe just get to the point where you’re standing on the board! All the kit you’ll need is provided including wetsuits and surf boards so you just have to bring your up--for-it attitude. It’s the perfect activity for an extreme stag do in Newquay and a great way to spend the afternoon before your wild night starts!
The Details
What's Included:
Surf/body board sessions are 2.5 hours in length which runs from the start of the agreed booking time. The 2.5 hours allows for the group to be kitted up with wetsuits and surf boards (all kit is provided by Lusty Glaze Beach) a quick warm up, a beach lesson and into the water to put into practice and hopefully get you up on your feet and surfing!
The size of the group will dictate if any other groups are on to the surf lesson, please be aware this may happen.

Surfing Lesson
Cowabunga man! Come down to Newquay beach for your stag do and hit the deep blue for an afternoon of surfing with your best mates. There’s no better way to spend a day in the sun than on the beach and this experience gets you up and out in the water where you can carve up the surf and challenge the waves. You’ll get two and a half hours learning this water sport with a qualified beach lifeguard instructor who will get you up on the boards in no time. All the gear you need is provided from the boards and wetsuits, even down to the boards wax and sunscreen, so the only thing you’ve got to worry about your technique and where the next wave is coming from.
