What’s the food like in Czech Republic?

If you’re a stew fan then you are in luck, Goulash is a hearty traditional stew made from pork, beef or game with onions and spices. Other dishes you’ll find in abundance, is roast pork with dumplings; schnitzel (which is basically pork or chicken in breadcrumbs) and an array of delicious soups adorning menus across the country.  And to round it off you can’t go wrong with a hot apple Strudel.

The climate in the Czech Republic is really warm in the summer and cold and snowy in winter.  It’s at it’s coldest in December, January and February with temperatures dropping to below zero.  However, in Summer it can average around 20 degrees, making it an ideal country for a stag do summer or winter fun!
