Clay Pigeon Shooting, Archery, Blind Driving & Axe Throwing
If you’ve got a good aim and you like shooting things, then why don’t you get a session of clay pigeon shooting arranged for the highly anticipated stag weekend? The boys will love it and will really enjoy letting off a bit of steam by blowing clays out of the air! It’s a fun and exciting experience, although you must remain calm so you’re able to concentrate and ready to take your best shot - It is a really challenging sport, and is a lot harder than it looks so don’t feel too overconfident when you begin! We offer clay pigeon shooting at many locations in the UK and aboard, and some of the experiences come complete with other activities too, such as axe throwing, rage buggies and many others! The great thing about clay pigeon shooting is that you don’t need to have had any previous experience as the sessions are for everyone regardless of their ability. After getting involved in this session, you and the rest of the group will be nicely fired up for the big night out ahead – you just know that it’s going to be a great and unforgettable weekend!
Why get involved with just the one stag activity on the weekend away to London, when you can get stuck into four? With this excellent option, you and the rest of the boys will get to try your hand at a varied selection of activities which are spread across a 4.5 hour session at a venue based in Oxford. You can put your aim and firing skills to the test with a round of clay pigeon shooting, before coming across all Robin Hood and showing off your archery skills – let us tell you though, this one is a lot harder than it looks and requires some good concentration. There’s also blind driving, where you’ll put all of your trust in your fellow stags as you’re blindfolded and guided by your mates as you drive around the track. In addition, you’ll be able to divulge in a spot of axe throwing, where you’ll use an American Tomahawk, which you’ll throw at various different wooden targets to score points. You will of course be provided with all the necessary safety equipment, in addition to a full briefing from a qualified instructor.
The Details
What's Included:
Your group will use an American Tomahawk for the Axe Throwing which you will throw at various wooden targets with different scoring zones. The event is ran with a practice followed by a competition over different distances.
For the Archery you will be using lightweight training bows at standard Olympic paper target and some reactive targets. There will be a practice round followed by a competition.
It will then be onto Blind Driving where an instructor will be in the passenger seat of the 4x4 with one of the group in the driving seat and 4 to 6 of your friends navigating from the back seat. Everyone will have a go at tackling the course blind folded as well as trying to navigate a friend around it. This event is against the clock and each person will receive a lap time.
The Clay Pigeon Shooting will see your group using the legendary 12 gauge over and under shotgun. One of the venues experience instructors will be on hand to guide you through the basics. Each guests will have a minimum of 14 shots.
